Anders Oreby Hansen is an experienced tax lawyer, acting for a range of companies in Denmark and abroad. He advises on transfer pricing and frequently handles tax issues related to cross-border M&A, recently representing Bending Spoons on the tax aspects of its merger with an Italian company.
