Highly experienced team recognised for its extensive and wide-ranging employment law experience. Notable focus on employment dispute resolution, representing clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings. Advises on the labour law aspects of corporate mergers, acquisitions and restructurings. Clients include organisations in the transportation and public sectors as well as in professional services. Also advises private companies. Areas of focus include incentive schemes, mass redundancies, collective bargaining agreements and whistle-blowing cases.

Advised AJ Biologics on the management of individual employment terms and conditions deriving from a public collective bargaining agreement, following the transfer of more than 500 employees from state-owned Statens Serum Institute to privately owned AJ Biologics.

Acted for Region Zealand in a high court dispute concerning the claim of an alleged discrimination due to handicap in connection with the dismissal of an employee.
