Bech-Bruun has assisted the owners of PR electronics with the divestment to AGIC/Kirk Kapital.

Founded in 1974 by Peter Rasmussen, PR electronics aspires to be a quality-, value- and service leader within signal conditioning for the process industry.

PR electronics has a global position with sales entities in 9 countries and sales to more than 60 countries with more than 6,500 buying customers annually. PR electronics sells directly through its own sales entities, through distributors, and to strategic partners (OEMs), and today, PR electronics employs more than 200 professionals in the Danish HQ and throughout the sales entities.

Founded in 2015, AGIC Capital is a growth-oriented European-Asian private equity firm with USD 2.2 billion in assets under management focused on advanced industrial and healthcare technology investments in Europe. AGIC Capital has made the investment along with Kirk Kapital Strategic Investment A/S.

The sellers, including the leading management team members, have reinvested into the new ownership structure, and the leading management team members will continue in the business following closing.

Bech-Bruun congratulates the parties on the transaction.

Bech-Bruun’s team was headed by Claus Berner Nielsen, Morten Bruun-Larsen, Laura Sloth Olesen, Jon Apostoli, and Anders Borg Petersen.
