The medical company Ambu has sold shares worth DKK 1.1 billion.

The medical device company Ambu has sold 11.8 million shares in an accelerated bookbuilding process, generating proceeds of DKK 1.1 billion for the company. 

Bech-Bruun’s team, led by Steen Jensen, has assisted the bank consortium consisting of Danske Bank, Nordea and JP Morgan in their sale of Ambu shares.
