A.P. Moller Holding to acquire Maersk Supply Service

A.P. Moller Holding, the parent company of the A.P. Moller Group, has reached an agreement with A.P. Moller - Maersk on the acquisition of Maersk Supply Service, a leading provider of global marine services and project solutions to the energy sector.

The ambition is to establish a leading offshore marine company servicing the offshore wind industry by building on the solid and extensive capabilities and assets, which Maersk Supply Services today offers mainly to the offshore oil and gas industry.
