Bech-Bruun is assisting private equity fund One Equity Partners with the acquisition of Muehlhan A/S as part of a package deal for the wind, marine, and infrastructure activities of German Muehlhan AG.

Muehlhan AG is a listed German energy and infrastructure company founded in 1881 and headquartered in Hamburg. With the transaction, Muehlhan AG divests its wind, marine, and infrastructure subsidiaries, which employ around 1,700 employees across locations.

One Equity Partners is an international private equity firm focused on the industrial, healthcare, and technology sectors that seek to build market-leading companies by identifying and executing transformative business combinations.
