DKI Logistics A/S and DKI Automatic A/S sold to RHENUS Group

Bech-Bruun has assisted the owners of DKI Logistics A/S and DKI Automatic A/S on the divestment to RHENUS Group.

DKI Logistics A/S and DKI Automatic A/S are leading independent 3rd party logistics providers offering complete warehousing and supply chain solutions with a wide range of tailormade value-added services. Founded in 2001, the companies have grown into the most automated 3PL providers in Denmark with a unique fully automated shuttle warehouse and +200,000 m2 of traditional warehousing facilities optimised with robots, conveyer belts, AGVs, etc. to increase the efficiency of the +300 FTE employees.

RHENUS Group is a German logistics group with activities in Europe, Asia and South America.

Closing is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
