Bech-Bruun has assisted ActivumSG on the acquisition of KPC.

One of Denmark’s largest contractor and property developers, KPC Holding A/S, has been acquired by ActivumSG, a fund manager that invests in niche opportunities in the European real estate sector. The transaction comes less than a year after ActivumSG’s acquisition of CASA.

Bech-Bruun’s team was headed by Sven Frode Frølund and Thomas Bøgedal Kristiansen. Bech-Bruun has assisted ActivumSG throughout the acquisition process of both CASA as well as KPC and we congratulate all parties on this landmark transaction.
