Bech-Bruun assists Pareto Securities in their acquisition of Sølyst Strandpark

Bech-Bruun has assisted Nordic investment bank Pareto Securities and their investors in their acquisition of a residential project Sølyst Strandpark in Nivå.

The project is developed by the Tangaa Nielsen family from Fyn, Denmark.

Bech-Bruun has advised Pareto Securities on the transaction. The team consisted of Steen Puch Holm-Larsen, Sofie Svarre Michalsik, Trine Nord Kruse and Thomas Thordal Sevelsted.
