Bech-Bruun assists Ahlsell with acquisition of Sanistål

Bech-Bruun assists Swedish group Ahlsell with the acquisition of the majority of shares in listed Sanistål and with making a recommended voluntary offer to the minority shareholders.

Ahlsell, the leading distributor of installation products and tools in the Nordic region, has concluded agreements for the acquisition of 75 percent of the share capital of listed Sanistål from four Danish banks. Ahlsell is also making a recommended voluntary takeover offer to the minority shareholders of Sanistål.

Bech-Bruun has advised Ahlsell throughout the process.
