Bech-Bruun has together with the international law firm Orrick (lead counsel) assisted the US listed company Workday Inc. with the acquisition of Peakon.

Workday will acquire Peakon for an agreed consideration of approximately USD 700 million in cash, subject to adjustments.
Closing is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval.
