The buyer is the global real estate investment fund, AEW Europe, which has a total Assets under Management (AuM) value of more than USD 80 billion (approximately DKK 500 billion) and 15 offices worldwide. The seller is an investment company managed by Thylander Gruppen A/S.
The large office property is approximately 33,000 square metres and is located in Søborg, Denmark. Among the anchor tenants are the pharmaceutical companies Zealand Pharma and Ferrosan Medical Devices.
During the past years, the property has been significantly repositioned as a result of extensive renovation and sustainability initiatives and is now highly modern and up-to-date offices.
