Bech-Bruun has for more than two years advised Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners on the Changfang and Xidao (CFXD) offshore wind project in Taiwan, one of the largest offshore wind projects in Asia. The Bech-Bruun offshore wind teams both in Taiwan, Copenhagen and in Aarhus have assisted in the entire procurement process including drafting and negotiation of all major and minor project contracts.

The CFXD project, undertaken by Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), consists of two offshore windfarms located 13-15 km off the coast. The windfarms will consist of 62 wind turbines with a capacity of 589 MW, which when installed will have potential to provide power to 600,000 homes.
