Bech-Bruun has represented the owners of the Danish software company, Siteimprove, in the sale to Nordic Capital.
Siteimprove A/S is a world leading software company within digital optimizing of websites, including ensuring and improving quality standards, accessibility, compliance and efficiency. Siteimprove is headquartered at Sankt Annæ Plads, has more than 500 employees and offices in 15 countries. The company has undertaken a significant development and experienced a substantial increase in turnover during the last couple of years.
The sellers are the brothers Morten and Niels Ebbesen, who originally founded the company in 2003, as well as the private equity fund, Summit Partners, who invested in the company in 2015.
The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the fall of 2020.
