The Danish Government and the social partners have agreed to extend the wage compensation scheme.
The Danish Government and the social partners have jointly resolved to extend the wage compensation scheme by one month.
This means that undertakings may apply for wage compensation until and including 8 July 2020.
Undertakings must re-apply with the Danish Business Authority for extension of participation in the wage compensation scheme for the period from 9 June to 8 July 2020.
Wage compensation for employees in flexible jobs
The resolving parties also agree that the wage compensation scheme will be adjusted to the effect that the prospects of receiving wage compensation for employees in flexible jobs are the same irrespective of whether the employee is subject to the old or the new flexible job scheme.
