Bech-Bruun has assisted NCC in connection with the recently published sale of EY domicile to DEKA.
Bech-Bruun has assisted NCC in connection with the sale of the domicile to DEKA at the price of DKK 335m. DEKA is one of the largest property investors in Germany.
The property will be built exclusively for EY's use and will be EY's new headquarters in Copenhagen. The total floor area of the property will be 8,256 sq m, and the property will accommodate 640 employees.
Bech-Bruun has advised NCC throughout the process from the initial negotiations, vendor due diligence, renegotiation of the lease to contract negotiations.
