Claus Aagaard Nielsen specialises in mergers and acquisitions, company law issues and reorganisations and has conducted numerous business transactions over the past 15 years.
On this basis, over the past years Claus has had a pivotal and leading role in many of the most talked-about transactions, advising a wide range of large and medium-sized Danish and non-Danish enterprises and private equity funds within, for example, the TMT sector, the fashion industry, e-commerce and pharmaceutical industries as well as the energy sector.
