Mikkel heads Bech-Bruun's data protection team, which is one of the largest and most experienced of its kind in Denmark. Mikkel is uniquely experienced designing, coordinating and implementing complex data protection compliance programmes in large, international groups, just as he is highly experienced advising on the legal aspects of digital transformation, including “data-driven growth”. He is a trusted adviser of several leading Danish enterprises in respect of GDPR, digitisation and marketing law, rendering advisory services at a strategic, tactical and operational level.
