Hanne Mølbeck specialises in public and environmental law

For the past 20 years, Hanne Mølbeck has worked with public and environmental law, including in particular infrastructure projects and compulsory acquisition.

As one of Denmark's leading specialists within compulsory acquisition, Hanne is known for rendering advice in plain language, for her constructive collaborative skills when it comes to case handling and her profound understanding of and interest in the development of societal infrastructure.

Hanne assists Metroselskabet I/S in connection with the operation of the Metro and the construction of the city circle line, Cityringen. In addition, her long-standing experience includes other types of infrastructure (light rail systems, roads, utility lines, ports, etc.), and she regularly advises regions and municipalities on general land and rights issues. This means that she works with, for example, local development plans, urban development projects, cadastral issues as well as securing and relocating utility lines.

Due to Hanne’s extensive knowledge in the field of compulsory acquisition, in which she has more than 20 years’ experience, she also works extensively with the situation in the mink industry in connection with the decision to close down the industry, and she assists multiple mink farmers and related industries in cases pertaining to the setting of damages.

Hanne represents the public sector, mainly public construction authorities and infrastructure owners, as well as private enterprises in her field of expertise.

Hanne often gives lectures to the prosecution service, municipalities, advisers, etc., and gives talks on subjects in the area of public and environmental law, and she participates in relevant networks.
