Terese Foged has more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer specialising in copyright and intellectual property law in a broad sense and in the interface between media and entertainment. She focuses on copyright in the digital world and the issues raised by new technology, market situations and consumer behaviour.

She advises on general media law and works with digital media, design, furniture and text, where questions often arise about plagiarism, the exploitation of rights and the protection of press publications. She also advises on marketing law, trademarks and other intellectual property rights.

Terese has extensive experience drafting, negotiating and advising on rights agreements concerning assignment, acquisition, licensing, distribution and exploitation of rights, including exceptions, crediting and ownership.
