Susanne Stougaard advises Danish and non-Danish businesses, public enterprises as well as public authorities on compliance within all areas of data protection law.
She is highly experienced in handling international data transfers, data protection law security breaches and control of suppliers. With a unique expertise she assists clients in the preparation of data protection law analyses, mapping of personal data, implementation of the GDPR and data protection law due diligence in connection with business transfers.
Susanne has a background in employment & labour law and is thoroughly familiar with HR-related personal data.
In addition, Susanne is a regular lecturer at seminars and courses on data protection law, and she is course manager of Bech-Bruun's DPO training programme.
In April 2017, Berlingske Business appointed Susanne one of the 100 greatest talents under the age of 35 in the Danish corporate sector.
