Sandro Ratkovic specialises in labour and employment law, advising Danish and non-Danish businesses in all aspects of employment conditions, including executive service agreements. His consulting often includes incentive schemes, business transfers, collective dismissals and salary requirements in the financial sector.

Furthermore, he assists businesses in interpreting and negotiating collective agreements.
