Søren Kamp Nørbæk renders advice to Danish as well as international clients such as private equity funds, family offices, industrial enterprises and owner managers on M&A and company law.

With a law degree from Aarhus University and further studies at Cambridge Judge Business School, The Wharton School of Business, and INSEAD Business School, he combines strong legal knowledge with solid commercial understanding.

Søren has a commercial approach to his legal work, and his advice is valued by clients for covering not only legal aspects and for also simplifying complicated matters.

For a number of years, Søren has also been a lecturer in finance law at Aarhus BSS.
