Rune Richelsen has extensive experience with insolvency procedures and is mainly involved in financial restructuring.
He advises Danish and non-Danish enterprises, including banks, on insolvency law issues, for instance in relation to provision of security. Rune is also an experienced adviser in connection with the restructuring of distressed enterprises – in-court as well as out-of-court processes – including creditor arrangements and transfer of distressed enterprises.
Rune has extensive knowledge of bankruptcy proceedings and has conducted numerous cases concerning liability and avoidance as well as disqualification. He also has a robust basis of experience when it comes to conducting voluntary liquidation proceedings, and he advises on company law and contract drafting.
Also, Rune is a competent lecturer on restructuring law issues.
