Randi Bach Poulsen is an M&A and management specialist

Randi has worked with management for the past 25 years and has, among other things, been managing partner in Bech-Bruun in the period 2007-2014. In addition to employee management, Randi has also managed a considerable number of cases during her time in Bech-Bruun’s M&A practice group, and among colleagues and clients she is known for her ability to structure and resolve complex issues with a high degree of effectiveness. 

With five years as head of Bech-Bruun’s (at the time Berning, Schlüter & Hald) then office in London, Randi has gained considerable experience with international affairs, and she advises both Danish and non-Danish enterprises on global investments in private equity funds. From her time in England, Randi has furthermore gained considerable knowledge on buying and selling real estate in the English market.  

Randi advises on all aspects in relation to partner-owned enterprises, including on partner structure and the relationship between partners.
