Peter Lind Nielsen handles all types of technology contracts within development, procurement and implementation, outsourcing, hosting, cloud computing, SaaS, automation projects, and complex machinery acquisitions, such as WMS.

Peter also advises on the legal aspects of procurement, development and implementation of new technology, such as robots and AI, as well as on the use of open source and matters related to the protection and use of data.

For more than 20 years, Peter has advised both customers and suppliers. He has particular experience with contracts in EU tenders and extensive experience in contract drafting, negotiation and dispute resolution related to IT projects.

Peter is a certified IT lawyer and serves on the board of Danske IT-advokater (the Association of Danish IT Lawyers). He is a popular speaker and lecturer. In addition, he has extensive experience in contract management and is responsible for Bech-Bruun’s IT Contract Manager programme.
