Poul Gade has a versatile background as a lawyer, a scholar, a prosecutor and as an executive in the law enforcement and prosecution services. Poul is particularly experienced in the areas finance law, corporate criminal law, criminal procedure, dispute resolution and international law. Poul also has hands-on experience with the practical planning of large-scale court cases and has been a lecturer on this matter.
Poul has attended as a specialist on working committees under the European Council’s Directorate-General for Justice, addressing, among other things, organised crime in Europe. He has vast experience with international cooperation and provides his expertise to the Raoul Wallenberg Institute cooperation on human rights.
Poul has lectured at Aarhus University and Aarhus School of Business, and he has given external courses and lectured in the supplementary training programme for the prosecution service.
