Nikolaj Wessel Tromborg specialises in intellectual property law. In this field, he particularly deals with litigation process, enforcement and the drafting of intellectual property agreements and offers clients a relevant range of consultancy services, including copyright, trademark and marketing law.

Nikolaj renders advice to small, medium-sized and multinational enterprises and may also assist them when circumstances require that an assessment be made of how to conduct infringement proceedings or formulate IP strategies.

Nikolaj has a right of audience before the Danish High Court. He has conducted several legal and arbitration proceedings and is, consequently, a very experienced litigator. In 2021, Nikolaj was an acting judge at the High Court of Western Denmark.

With more than 10 years of experience as a lecturer in the Department of Law at Aarhus University, Nikolaj is also an experienced lecturer and communicator. Nikolaj has taught courses on intellectual property law, advanced property law and contract law, etc.

Nikolaj is also the author of several articles published in legal periodicals.
