Martin Wulff advises on public-law matters, including in particular infrastructure and compulsory acquisition. Martin renders advice on general public-law aspects and is an experienced litigator conducting proceedings before various appeals boards, including in particular before the Commission of Compulsory Acquisition and the Valuation Committee.
Martin primarily advises public authorities and publicly owned companies, but also renders assistance to private enterprises within his areas of expertise.
Martin is also an external lecturer of administration law at the faculty of law at the University of Copenhagen.
