Morten's direct and straightforward approach to the interests of the parties involved often contributes to creating a beneficial, relaxed and profitable negotiation environment where ends meet, the contract is signed, and the parties are pleased with the result as well as the process. By virtue of his experience, commercial insight and good legal judgement, Morten is capable of focusing on the most important legal and commercial aspects of the contract or the dispute to the effect that time and effort are focused on the issues of essence.

Using the above skills, Morten has also assisted on many large Danish and international M&A transactions and in that connection facilitated beneficial negotiations and contributed to productive results. The skills are also put into play in connection with the planning and completion of due diligence procedures in respect of which the topics are narrowed down based on material business criteria defined.
