Mette Høgh specialises in procurement law issues

Mette Høgh specialises in procurement law and renders experienced advice on all its aspects.

For many years, Mette has rendered advice to, among others, municipalities, regions, general housing organisations, utilities and private investors on all types of procurement law cases, including in connection with strategic advice on tender strategy and form, the determination of contract setup, preparation of contract documents, including drafting of contracts, quality assurance of contract documents, planning of and participation in market dialogues, conducting negotiations, drafting of evaluation reports, etc.

Mette is also highly experienced in handling issues arising in connection with tender procedures, including for example consideration of requests for access to documents and handling of subsequent needs for changes to be made to the contract put out to tender. Furthermore, Mette has vast experience handling disputes in connection with tender procedures, and she has thus conducted a significant number of cases before the Complaints Board for Public Procurement and the courts.

In addition to being a procurement law expert, Mette renders advice to public authorities as well as private investors in connection with the completion of urban development projects, including the sale of municipal and regional properties. Mette thus has extensive experience in assessing the duty to tender, including the drafting of applications to the National Social Appeals Board in cases where public tender procedures may be left out, as well as in the drafting of contract documents and purchase agreements.
