Over the past seven years, Mette has advised a number of contracting authorities in connection with the procurement of goods and services as well as building and construction projects. Mette's advisory services span from strategic advice in relation to tender strategy, including selection of procurement form and contract set-up, drafting of tender documents, including contracts, to quality assurance of tender documents drafted by the contracting authority.
Mette is also highly experienced in handling aspects arising in connection with the tender procedure, such as consideration of requests for access to documents and handling of subsequent needs for changes to be made to the contract put out to tender.
Furthermore, Mette has vast experience handling disputes in connection with tender procedures, and she has thus prepared and conducted a significant number of complaints cases before the Complaints Board for Public Procurement and the courts.
