Mark advises public authorities and enterprises on environmental and planning law issues, for instance in relation to large infrastructure projects, building and construction activities, construction projects, etc. Mark is particularly experienced in planning law, strategic environmental assessment, EIA and the rules on habitat (Natura 2000, etc.) in connection with, for instance, wind turbine projects and large infrastructure projects.
Due to previous employment with local government and with the Nature and Environmental Board of Appeal, Mark has gained in-depth insight into the broad aspects of environmental law.
