Mads Bruun Larsen has worked as a junior associate for almost three years and has gained extensive knowledge and understanding of the issues characteristic of not only the M&A Corporate area in general, but also M&A transactions and company law and commercial issues in particular.
Mads has taken part in and assisted with advising national as well as international clients on M&A transactions, including advice on project management and planning of the M&A process itself, and on setting up businesses, company law and commercial contracts.
In particular with regard to M&A transactions and commercial contracts, Mads has gained extensive knowledge of the multiple aspects affecting business activities as well as the business-related issues and problems involved. This enables him to identify the best possible balance between the law on the one hand and the clients' commercial targets and requirements on the other.
Mads also studied law abroad for one semester, which has given him supplementary insight into the different justice systems and international law.
