Lisbeth Povlsen is a Managing Associate in Bech-Bruun’s estate planning group as well as Bech-Bruun's Family Office Desk and she is responsible for advisory services and administration assistance in connection with the estates of deceased persons.

Lisbeth provides advice on property law to families in control of companies as well as planning and safeguarding of property structures in estate planning inter vivos as well as in the event of death. Her expertise lies in the areas of advice on the estates of deceased persons and administration of their estates as well as estate planning, in particular the drafting of marriage contracts, wills and enduring powers of attorney. Throughout her career, Lisbeth has worked with advisory services on the estates of deceased persons and administration of their estates, estate tax as well as family law and the law of succession, and she now has more than 15 years of experience in the area.
