Louise Bertelsen Forman specialises in life sciences, healthcare, food law, marketing law, and intellectual property, with extensive experience from both the legal profession and industry. For more than 10 years, she has worked with the legal and regulatory challenges faced by the life sciences sector and is now one of Denmark’s leading advisers in the field.

Louise advises Danish and international companies on contracts, marketing compliance, market access, GxP, and regulatory matters, as well as intellectual property and e-commerce. Her background as an in-house lawyer in a global pharmaceutical company has given her strong commercial skills and a sharp understanding of clients’ needs and the commercial context for legal advice.

Within marketing law, Louise advises companies on e-commerce, marketing legislation, and consumer protection. She assists, among other things, with the drafting and review of terms and conditions, as well as the legal aspects of marketing campaigns, webshops, apps, competitions, cookies, and product labelling.
