Laura Sloth Olesen works with the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, including franchise agreements, licence agreements and commercial agency agreements.

Laura also works with complex contracts within the field of renewable energy, particularly in the onshore as well as offshore wind industry and Power-to-X (p-t-x), focusing in particular on intellectual property aspects. In this connection, she has worked with complex contracts in Denmark and abroad, including FIDIC contracts.

Laura also provides general advice in the areas of intellectual property, advising Danish and non-Danish enterprises on patenting, licensing and protection of trade secrets, etc.

In addition, Laura advises on mergers and acquisitions, and she assists on cases relating to infringement and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
