Katrine Hein Nielsen advises public clients, foundations, associations and other self-governing institutions on issues relating to public law, foundation and association law.

Among other things, she advises on the establishment of foundations, relations with the supervisory authorities, articles of association, distributions, capital matters, extraordinary transactions and the use of foundation structures in connection with public and private partnerships.

Katrine also has extensive experience in advising on board matters in associations, foundations and other self-governing institutions and has experience in acting as chairman of the board and chairing meetings. She regularly gives presentations on public and foundation law topics for clients at Bech-Bruun and in JUC.

In addition, Katrine has been appointed by the Danish Minister for Industry, Business and Financial Affairs as a foundation law expert member of the Danish Commerce and Companies Appeals Board.
