Ida Feldthaus specialises in labour and employment law. She advises Danish and non-Danish undertakings as well as public and semi-public institutions on all types of employment issues.
Ida is particularly experienced in rendering advice on employment law aspects of M&A transactions. She also renders advice on, for example, employment terms for salaried employees and executive officers, incentive schemes, share option agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation clauses, termination of employment and severance agreements. Ida also has experience in public labour and employment law, including the law on civil servants.
