Carsten Sommer Andersen advises contracting authorities and utilities on procurement issues, including the duty to conduct tenders, tender strategies, drafting of tender documents and conducting tender procedures. He also advises tenderers on fulfilling suitability requirements, ensuring contract compliance and tender optimisation. Carsten also renders assistance in procurement law disputes before the Complaints Board for Public Procurement.

Carsten advises on contract drafting and the construction of terms and conditions of contracts.

Carsten was previously employed as a procurement law specialist with the Technical and Environmental Administration in the City of Copenhagen, accordingly acquiring considerable experience in tender procedures and contracts for municipal authorities.
