Camilla Rasmussen's career in contract negotiation in relation to energy and infrastructure projects seriously took off when she was employed by the large Danish energy supplier, Energinet. Here Camilla has assisted on several Danish and international infrastructure projects.
As a contract lawyer with Energinet, Camilla was involved in the drafting, negotiation and execution of offshore and onshore cable supply and installation contracts as well as converter stations and offshore substation contracts, thus gaining experience with the handling of variation orders, claims and risk allocation. Camilla is also well versed in the full tender process, from defining a strategy to preparing tender documents, negotiations and dispute resolution.
As part of Bech-Bruun's Renewable Energy division, Camilla particularly works with the drafting and negotiation of export and inter-array cable contracts, foundation contracts, geotechnical and geophysical investigations, contracts on crossing of and working close to existing infrastructure, commercial contracts and assessment of tender specifications, including the drafting of contractual reservations. Moreover, she has assisted clients on offshore wind projects in Europe, the US and Taiwan.
