Amalie Secher V. Geertsen is a senior financial consultant with Bech-Bruun's Financial Analysis division, where she primarily works with financial analysis in the area of competition law in connection with cases concerning abuse of dominant position and within merger control.
Moreover, Amalie assists on cases involving the calculation and documentation of claims for damages or statements of loss as well as on large procurement cases using complex evaluation models.
Amalie has been with Bech-Bruun since 2014 and was formerly employed as an economist with the Danish Ministry of Finance. In this connection Amalie has gained broad experience in preparing microeconomic as well as macroeconomic analyses and in processing and analysing large amounts of data.
Furthermore, Amalie has lectured in microeconomics (game theory) at the Department of Economics at the University of Copenhagen.
