Agnete Nordentoft specialises in energy law and advises in particular on heat supply, waste incineration and power supply. 

Over many years Agnete has established unique expert knowledge in the energy area as well as in-depth industry knowledge, providing her with a rare overview of the very complex regulation in that area.

Agnete advises all types of utility companies and other stakeholders in the energy industry, including heating plants, CHP plants, power grid companies, power trading companies, Energinet and municipalities. Her advisory services include anything from obtaining project approval  and other regulatory matters, complaints cases before the Danish Utility Regulator and the Danish Energy Board of Appeal, drafting of contracts and terms of delivery, as well as advice on price issues and other regulatory issues in the energy industry. 

Agnete also advises on regulatory issues and due diligence in connection with transactions pertaining to energy companies. 

Further, Agnete advises on issues relating to municipal and administrative law, which are often integral parts of the above-mentioned case types.
