Anders Drustrup Vestergaard advises contracting authorities and utilities on public tender law, including duty to tender, choice of procurement procedure and strategy, drafting of tender documents, and all other aspects of the completion of a tender procedure. He also assists on the handling of disputes in connection with tender procedures, including cases before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement.

In addition, Anders renders advice to public as well as private clients on all issues pertaining to construction law. Among other things, he advises parties to construction work on drafting and conclusion of construction contracts as well as the handling of construction law disputes. Through his work he has gained experience with expert opinion cases, cases relating to payments under guarantees as well as court and arbitration proceedings.
