Amanda Lundby Langer specialises in competition law and renders advice to Danish and non-Danish enterprises in all aspects of competition law. She renders advice on, for example, general competition law compliance and governance as well as competition law issues relating to M&A transactions, such as merger control and clean team measures.
Amanda is also highly experienced in rendering advice to and representing clients in connection with criminal competition law cases and similar procedures before the competition authorities as well as the courts. Experienced within procurement and contract law, Amanda advises contracting authorities and utilities throughout the entire tender procedure and on all relevant aspects in that connection, including the obligation to call for tenders, selection and planning of tender strategy, drafting of contract documents and contracts as well as handling any subsequent complaints.
Amanda also advises private enterprises participating in tender procedures on, among other things, compliance with suitability requirements, drafting of tenders, ensuring conformity and optimising tenders.
Last, but not least Amanda has a background in labour and employment law, and she is therefore also highly experienced in the cross field between procurement and employment law in, for example, M&A transactions.
