Anders Berg Christiansen has extensive experience advising public enterprises and authorities as well as private enterprises with regard to public-law regulation and the authority/citizen relationship.
Anders also advises on corporate, organisation and contract matters, largely focused on Danish and international energy and utility companies. In connection with his secondment with Siemens A/S, Anders gained vast insight into the market for renewable energy. Due to his experience, Anders is a popular adviser among clients facing complex challenges and a tight regulatory framework, for instance in connection with subsidy schemes in the area of wind and solar energy.
His experience also covers the transfer of energy companies and oil and gas licences as well as the drafting of agreements pertaining to these areas.
For several years, Anders has been teaching administration law at the University of Copenhagen.
