We are extremely pleased to announce that, as of 1 January 2022, Louise Heilberg, Pernille Skovgaard Møller and Peter Lind Nielsen, Senior Associates, are appointed managing associates in Bech-Bruun.
The three new managing associates are all headline personalities in Bech-Bruun. With their great dedication and strong professionalism they have over the years been significant driving forces in their areas of expertise. They are now replacing their senior associate titles with that of managing associates and thereby joining Bech-Bruun's seven other managing associates.

With their titles of managing associates, Louise Heilberg, Pernille Skovgaard Møller and Peter Lind Nielsen will in future contribute to handling managerial tasks and conducting the overall, internal project management and handling of major assignments.
The three new managing associates
Louise Heilberg specialises in infrastructure and public law. She advises on, for example, road legislation and the most recent infrastructure trends, including driverless cars, scooters, electric vehicles and electric charging stations. Louise has 20 years of experience in the field and is the main author of the annotated Danish Roads Act.
Pernille Skovgaard Møller specialises in competition, procurement and state aid law. She has extensive experience with the implementation of competition law compliance programmes and leniency processes and has special expertise in the field of disputes resulting from competition law violations and in criminal prosecution of competition law violations.
Peter Lind Nielsen specialises in IT law and is a certified IT lawyer. For just under 25 years, he has handled all types of technology contracts, and he also advises on the legal aspects of procurement, development and implementation of new technologies, such as robots and AI. Peter is also responsible for Bech-Bruun's IT Contract Manager programme.
Bech-Bruun offers the position of managing associate to experienced lawyers with extraordinarily high professionalism and substantial expertise.
