We are extremely pleased to announce that as of 1 January Charlotte Bagger Tranberg, data protection law specialist, is a partner at Bech-Bruun.
Charlotte Bagger Tranberg is one of Denmark's leading experts in the area of data protection law and holds particular expertise in the cross field between GDPR and new technologies such as AI, Big Data and biometrics.
"We are proud to include a capacity such as Charlotte in our group of partners. Data protection law becomes still more relevant, and with the development of new technologies, strong skills such as Charlotte's are needed more than ever. Better than most, she is able to communicate the complicated rules of data protection law to our clients. Her trust-inspiring and solution-oriented approach contributes to ensuring our leading position in this area", says Steen Rode, Chief Executive Partner.
Since Charlotte joined Bech-Bruun in 2013 with a Ph.D. in data protection law from Aalborg University, with her strong professionalism, dedicated work effort and constructive approach to data protection law challenges, she has been a central figure in the development of data protection law at Bech-Bruun, to the joy and benefit of our clients.
She has played a significant role in the development of Bech-Bruun's successful DPO programme, and she has been one of the driving forces behind the digital compliance tool, PACTIUS Privacy, which helps enterprises, organisations and authorities to comply with the increased requirements to the processing of personal data.
We bid Charlotte a warm welcome into the partner group and look forward to an even closer working relationship.
