Thomas Christian Thune advises primarily employers on a broad range of employment issues, including the employment of managers. He advises on, among others, bonus agreements, severance agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation and no-hire clauses, as well as the non-discrimination and equal treatment of men and women.
Thomas advises on the secondment and posting of employees, including on related social security issues, and in connection with business transfers in Denmark and abroad. He assists businesses subject to collective agreements with the interpretation and negotiation of such agreements.
