Jacob Schall Holberg specialises in general public law, including administrative law, the liability of public authorities, EU law, as well as human rights law and international law.
Jacob renders advice to public authorities, both the government and municipalities. He is more-over experienced in handling complex negotiations for public authorities and private businesses.
Jacob has extensive experience in procedural rules and legal proceedings before the district courts and the high courts as well as before arbitration tribunals.
Furthermore, Jacob is an expert on trade barrier matters concerning EU and WTO, the implementation of EU law and EU Treaty issues as well as other international law issues for instance via UN institutions, such as The Aarhus Convention Compliance Committee in Geneva.
Jacob is admitted to the New York Bar, and he is an external lecturer in EU law at the University of Copenhagen.
