Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT)

Challenges and requirements
The traditional boundaries between technology, media and telecommunications are blurred and the sector is undergoing global consolidation. TMT companies are focused on meeting their customers' requirement of improved services at a reduced cost, while also seeking to run a successful business. The sector faces a litany of challenges, for example, completely new regulation and the legal issues arising as a result of new technology, sector consolidation, competition, intellectual property protection, globalisation and newly developed distribution models. Clients require, therefore, interdisciplinary and international advice.
